Chapter Advisory Board

Alpha Lambda's Chapter Advisory Board (CAB) is a group of 5 mentors that provide guidance to the chapter officers on the operational functions of a fraternity.  Examples include setting recruitment goals, helping with officer transition (year to year changes in officers), chapter academics, and conduct issues. 

Nicholas Aichele: CAB President and Alumnus Advisor.  Bowling Green State University (Gamma Mu) Graduate in 2019. Graduated from the University of Toledo (Delta Theta) in 2021. Nick currently works as a Hall Director at The Ohio State University.   

Pete Hackman lives in Hilliard with his wife, Lucy and children Megan and August.  Lucy works at OSU Wexner Medical Center.  Megan is a junior at OSU majoring in Education.  August is a freshman at CSCC studying Digital Design.  Pete continues to be involved on the Alpha Tau Chapter CAB (Ohio University) as well as Alpha Lambda.  Lucy and Pete began to trailer camp last year and they are hooked.  Generally camping at Ohio State Parks with occasional longer treks.  Ideal camp site has a bike path close by and a microbrew within distance as well!

Ron Kibbe lives in Upper Arlington with his wife Pam and their dogs Ollie and Tinkerbell.
The Kibbes have two children: Andrew is a skipper on the Jungle Cruise at Walt Disney World and Ana is a junior at OSU.  Ron was a undergraduate at Edinboro, worked for IHQ for 3 years, and served as the Assistant Dean of Students (Fraternity and Sorority Life) at Drexel University.
Today, Ron works with organizational change for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and pours wine at The Twisted Vine in Grandview in his spare time.

Dave Lukens lives in Pickerington, Ohio with his wife Jennifer and his dog Bailey.

Dave completed his undergraduate and graduate work at Case Western Reserve University.

Currently, Dave works for Cockroach Labs as an IT Enterprise Architect focusing on financial services customers.
